- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Return policy

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Return Process:

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).

Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include the RA number and a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Step 4: Ship the return package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item.
- In such cases, please contact our customer service team for a prepaid return shipping label.

4. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.
- For a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds:
